Isotropic is a family-run business and this is reflected in our team. We are very much a family. I have seen my colleagues’ kids grow up. We have been through their important milestones and challenges together.

 

Today, we are being tested as we have never been before. Every person, every family has had to change the way they live on a moment’s notice. We are being prevented from seeing our loved ones and have had our usual liberties taken away from us. But there is a the very best reason behind this, and that is to save lives.

 

Access to communications right now has shot to the very top of everyone’s priority list. It’s essential for the kids at home being schooled remotely; the businesses that are functioning through remote working; the families that are split up with no choice but to video call to stay in touch. But it’s absolutely critical for the people on the front line – the first responders, the healthcare providers, the carers. It’s those that are fighting to treat those who are suffering at the hands of this virus.

 

I want to take a moment to assure all our customers that Isotropic remains utterly committed to connecting you. We are fully operational and here to support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we are constantly available to talk through your questions and to solve your connectivity challenges.

 

We are looking after our team, making sure that we have everything in place for those who can work remotely. As the heartbeat of the organization, their safety is of paramount importance. We are keeping fully informed of the rapidly changing situation and we will always act accordingly.

 

At the moment, we don’t know when this pandemic will slow down and what the overall impact will be, but you can be certain that we are doing everything we can to ensure that we are providing those essential communications to everyone that needs them, no matter where they are.
