Connect Quickly & Stay Connected No Matter What
When your emergency response teams are deployed, every second counts, so the communications systems in your mobile command vehicles need to be instantaneous, intuitive and uninterrupted. We also understand that the next to arrive at the scene of a disaster are the emergency insurance companies, who require communications to help communities rebuild, often providing the only connectivity available for survivors to make critical contact with family and friends. Simple, failsafe communications are the key to success in this industry. That’s why Isotropic developed the Emergency Communications Platform (ECP) and Emergency Communications LTE (ECLTE) system expansion.
We also understand that out in the field during or after a crisis, you’re working in an unstable environment, where conditions can suddenly change. You need flexibility to quickly and easily scale your operations as needed. This is why we’ve built the ultimate flexibility in our services plans. Don’t want a contract – no problem. Uniquely, Isotropic takes a contracts-free approach. To accommodate any budget, we can provide monthly or annual pricing with client options to extend, and offer five-day and 10-day allowance plans, enabling greater access, greater ease, and full transparency.
Emergency Communications Platform (ECP)
With its compact design and just-add-power portability, the ECP can be installed on any vehicle in a fraction of the time of more traditional solutions, and without the need for large clusters of rooftop equipment that increase the risk of technical difficulties.
The ECP is built on a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) connection that automatically shifts between VSAT and LTE networks in microseconds. At its heart is an easily deployed terminal paired with iDirect’s iQ 200 modem board, promising unfailing, always-on connectivity.
Emergency Communications LTE (ECLTE)
If your existing VSAT system isn’t ready for a total upgrade, Isotropic’s ECLTE offers you the ability to expand your connectivity without the expense of installing a completely new communications system.
With the ECLTE, you can switch seamlessly between VSAT and LTE networks by adding an iDirect iQ200 LTE modem with dual SIM cards and customizable, failover redundancy to any existing VSAT platform. Having the power of both satellite and wireless networks ensures that you have unrivaled certainty when it matters most.
Personalized Service Plans
Both the ECP and the ECLTE are supported by Isotropic’s standard 20×5 Mbps flat-rate service plan or customized service solutions designed specifically for emergency service teams.
Take Total Control of Your Network
During a crisis or in its aftermath, not only do you need to quickly establish communications, but you need to easily manage your network for efficiency and security. With Isotropic’s throughput intelligence platform Datadragon™, and Pendragon™, our complete cybersecurity solution with the ultimate in network visibility and enterprise-grade capabilities, you have unrivaled certainty that your networks are optimal and safe.
Isotropic’s award-winning and proprietary throughput intelligence platform puts the power to monitor, analyze and command bandwidth flow in your hands. Datadragon gives you application-level transparency across the WAN, ensuring consistent, secure connectivity experiences and delivering Quality of Service (QoS). You can easily generate real-time insights into data usage across your network, enabling you to anticipate and troubleshoot problems, and allocate bandwidth where and when you need it most.
You can’t protect what you don’t know, you can’t control what you can’t see, and you can’t protect what you can’t control. The best way to solve this conundrum is Pendragon, Isotropic’s complete cybersecurity solution. Giving you unrivaled visibility into your network, Pendragon inventories all hardware and software on the network, while Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) controls traffic before it leaves the network. With Pendragon, you have complete control down to network users and their connected devices. Enterprise-class Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) network access control is built in, ensuring that only those meant to use the network get in, while its next-generation firewall blocks and keeps malicious traffic off the network.
